It is difficult to survive in todays constantly disrupted market place, however the results are clear. Purpose driven-businesses outperform their counterparts every time. When you connect to, and live your purpose you engage people (staff, customers, clients and key stakeholders) in a greater cause. It mobilises people because we all want to be part of something bigger than ourselves.
